Charities we support

Charities - The Organisations Green Pulse Energy are Supporting

Green Pulse Energy are supporting various charities and causes through both donations from works we carry out and attending and hosting fundraising events throughout each year.

When we asked our staff what causes they would like our company to support, it became clear that there were three main points of interest. These were: supporting local charities, helping national backed causes and last but not least helping even further to safeguard environments that are endangered by fossil fuels.

Supporting a Local Charity

With the head office of st helena hospice logoGreen Pulse Energy based in Colchester we wanted to help raise funds for a charity close to home, the St Helena Hospice.

The St Helena Hospice exists to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of people with life-limiting illness, no matter what their diagnosis.Operating around Essex and its surrounding areas, the charity works tirelessly to provide their invaluable services 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.

Supporting a National Charity

we-are-macmillan-greenAlong with supporting local charities we’re also partnered with Macmillan cancer support, a charity with vital services available all across the U.K.

We are Macmillan Cancer Support aids all those affected by the illness and we’ve partnered with them to make them our charity of the year.

Protecting Endangered Environments – World Land Trust

WLT_Green-logoWe have a fixed donation scheme in place from which we will pledge a percentage for every Solar PV installation we carry out.

This money will go towards preserving endangered environments which are under serious threat from climate change and deforestation. It will also go towards protecting the wildlife that inhabit such environments to ensure they can thrive and survive.
