Domestic Solar PV

Enjoy Lower Energy Bills and A Government Incentive

Green Pulse Energy fit and maintain quality MCS approved solar panels that have huge upside potential to reduce the costs of your energy bills and provide you with income through the feed-in-tariff.

What is Residential Solar PV?

  • A residential solar system produces renewable electricity for over 60 years

  • Usually roof mounted so it doesn’t disrupt any living space

  • Often referred to as ‘fit and forget’ technology as it requires very little maintenance

  • Provides you with the majority of your electricity needs at low cost

  • Entitles you to a government feed-in-tariff which pays you for all electricity produced by your panels

  • Sell excess electricity back to the grid

  • A great way to reduce your carbon footprint

How Does It Work?

Solar_panelsSolar panel electricity systems, also known as solar photovoltaics (PV), capture the sun’s energy using photovoltaic cells.

The cells convert the sunlight into electricity, which can be used to run household appliances and lighting. These cells don’t need direct sunlight to function – they can still generate electricity on a cloudy day.

Solar PV systems will leave you with the following benefits:

  • Lower energy bills
Sunlight is free, so once you’ve paid for the initial installation your electricity costs will be reduced.
  • Get paid for the electricity you generate
The government’s Feed-In Tariffs pay you for the electricity you generate, even if you use it.
  • Sell electricity back to the grid
If your system is producing more electricity than you need, or when you can’t use it, you can sell the surplus back to the grid.
  • Cut your carbon footprint
Solar electricity is a green, renewable energy that doesn’t release any harmful carbon dioxide or other pollutants into our atmosphere. A typical domestic solar PV system could save over a tonne of carbon dioxide per year – that’s more than 30 tonnes over its lifetime.
